Exceptional support and information can allow you to thrive (rather than just survive), during this challenging and heart-opening time in your life. Choosing to have a Doula on your birth team, may be one of the most important decisions you will make during pregnancy. Doula (doo-lah) is a Greek word meaning 'to serve'. A popular translation is 'mothering the mother'.
It would be a great honor to join you on your journey to parenthood. I will affirm your birth desires with compassion and support, making you feel truly cared for and validated during your pregnancy and birth. My comprehensive doula packages include:
Full Birth Package $1100

Unlimited phone and email support throughout your pregnancy and immediate postpartum.

24 hour On-Call services, from 39 weeks until the time your baby is born. Should you have a pre-term birth, every effort will be made to provide services during that time as well.

Sibling Support Doula $800

A sibling support Doula is more than just a babysitter. Whether your family is planning for a home, birth center or hospital birth, and for children to be present or not, it’s imperative that someone be solely responsible for the older sibling(s). As a sibling support Doula, I am very knowledgeable of birth and am experienced in providing both birth and postpartum support. I will help prepare the sibling(s) for the big day, through age appropriate activities. I'll come to your home to watch your child(ren) where they are most comfortable, or can accompany the family to the birth place, ready to whisk away any little ones who find they are not completely on board with all of the excitement of labor and delivery.
This service includes up to 24 hours of in-person support. Additional time can be provided at an hourly rate of $30.
